Shipping Information:

We try to ship out your orders as quickly as can be. We ship during normal business hours Monday-Friday, except of course during weekends and public holidays. Generally you can expect your order to ship out of our warehouse within 24-72 hours. Please give another 1-5 days for the carrier to delivery your merchandise (continental US only).

To receive free shipping in the Continental US:

1. Purchase a minimum of $75 worth of products from the diztrict.com. When you are finished shopping, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. 2. Ship these items to a single address. 3. Select Fedex Ground. 4. If a claim code is required, after selecting a payment method, enter the claim code in the area "Have any gift certificates or promotional claim codes?", and click "Enter another." 5. Enjoy free shipping on items shipped to that address.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All merchandise from our site can be returned for the amount paid within 30 days after the sale date (the shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for the items you return). Only merchandise that is in new, unused and in resaleable condition may be returned. Any merchandise deemed not resaleable will be returned at the discretion of our management at customer's cost. Our management has the final say.

To return merchandise, please make a copy of the sales receipt and write on there clearly the reason for the return. Upon receipt, your refund will be reimbursed for the amount of adjusted amount as describe above. Please allow a few days for the return and refund to be processed.
